During the weekend there will an alternative markets taking place at the modern Park Inn conference Centre, with traders from acorss the country selling a broad range of goods. From clohing and corsets to jewellery and artwork there will be something for everyone.

All markets are open to the general public and will be trading from 10-5 on Friday and Saturday and 10-4 on Sundayat The Park Inn

There will also be a bring and buy stall at The Park Inn, where you can bring your own creations or unwanted items. These can be left to be sold for you with 10% commission taken to be given to charity.

PARK INN

Towering over the River Ouse in the centre of York, The Park Inn is one of thecities finest hotels and it‘s central location and excellent modern conferencefacilities makes this an ideal location for our alternative market. We have booked most of the main conference centre with 3 large suites hostingover 60 pitches. The flexibility of the venue allows us to offer trading foreither 2 or 3 days at this site and it’s availability from 6pm through till late, on Thursday makes this ideal for those traders with larger stalls. and longer setup times. We also hope to hold a bring and buy sale here over the weekendand when we last checked there was still accommodation available at either the Park Inn, or the other local large hotels all within 5 mins walking distance.
